Sydney Anglican parishes can expect to have access to market research tailor-made for Connect 09 by April.
Marketing firm Xavier Communications will survey non-churchgoers across all regions in the diocese to determine how they would perceive a Connect 09 contact and how willing they would be to read the Bible with someone.
“People’s reaction to us is 100 per cent about their perceptions - of Christianity, of church, of us as ‘the local Anglicans’,” says Connect 09 director Andrew Nixon.
The research will also ask Sydney Anglicans to identify potential roadblocks and needs.
