CDP’s new state manager
Joseph Smith
September 1st, 2008

The Christian Democratic Party (CDP) appointed Walter Vanderpoll as the new NSW State Manager on August 4.

“I am very grateful to the Christian Democratic Party (CDP) Management Committee and the CDP NSW State Council for their confidence and faith shown in me by their endorsement of me. I truly believe that God has been preparing me for this pivotal role for most of my adult life,” he says.

Mr Vanderpoll has been a member of Avalon Crosswater Church for the past 11 years.

Born in 1951, Mr Vanderpoll has primarily worked in sales, marketing and business development in the then Information Technology Industry and has also volunteered in a wide variety of organisations including Christian Outreach Centres, Young Liberals of Australia, Apex Australia, Rotary International and Mater Maria Catholic College.

“I firmly believe that the CDP has the solution for many of the shortcomings of Australia’s needs in politics, socio-economics, environment, education and government in our modern society and God expects us to be His instruments for His Way of ruling the world that He created,” he says.
