Clothes That Make a Few Statements - The New York Times
Frederick Purifoy II, a representative for recording artists at a gospel music label and a man of style, has a strategy for conveying faith through fashion.
When Mr. Purifoy, 31, and his friends, who call him Freddie P., ride their motorcycles around their Detroit neighborhoods, he wears a black leather jacket with "Jesus" in large letters on the back. When he attends major sports events, his T-shirt and baseball cap communicate, "God is good." When he sings with a gospel group, Radical for Christ, he dresses in a denim jacket and jeans whose insignia represents "Intelligent Blessed Brothers."

Jensen looks for an Evangelical trinity - Church Times
“SERIOUSLY inflammatory” was how a listener described lectures given by the Archbishop of Sydney, Dr Peter Jensen, to conservative Evangelicals at St Helen’s, Bishopsgate, in London, on Monday.
Dr Jensen damned those Evangelicals who had accepted “the outward form, at least”, of Catholic sacramentalism, Catholic teaching on sin or Catholic spirituality, “or who think that the central ministry is that of the bishop, or who think God is not almighty, or who think that we no longer need to mention hell”.
