Myself and Russell Powell were at the Create conference on the weekend.

Personally, I really like what Cameron Blair said about using Powerpoint - its strengths and weaknesses.

Yeah, it was a good conference.

In particular I liked Malcolm Williams’ introductory session, where he demonstrated (albeit with a few blemishes) how effective a multimedia talk could be.  Amazing how once you know the rules (eg don’t have video on the screen while talking) you can break them (video of the minority-report-like interface really supported his point about how powerful we’re becoming in the information age).
