Iran’s Parliament has passed legislation which includes provisions to make the death penalty mandatory for Muslim converts to Christianity:

Please pray for our Iranian brothers and sisters, that they would stay firm in their faith, despite the increased persecution. Pray that God would continue opening the eyes of Iranians to the truth of the gospel.
Dear Roger Gallagher, thanks to lord for you. i came from Iran about 2 weeks ago. some of you know me from my previous posts from Iran about 2007. i converted from Islam to Christian about 7 years ago. now i am here , not because of my conversion, we are new immigrant and our visa is Independent permanent resident (subclass 136)
az you wrote, the Parliment members are discussing about this legislation and all of converted christians are worry about that. i ask again , everybody please pray for them in Iran. they are in a dangerous situation. the goverment had been known them previously and all of their names are preaperd and all of them are under controll in a deep silence. we do not know what they will do , but our kids afraid of them. in Tehran we have at least 5 church with farsi language belivers which all of them are converted from Islam to Christian. and thanks to lord , the number of them is increses day to day. please pray for iranian believers , many of them have kids just like me. and i know , their kids are afraid and scare from the government and hezbolah.
Please Heavenly Father, keep them safe in your holly hands , we ask you, in the name of your son , Jesus Christ.
