(Sorry Joseph, despite your sage advice here I’m not going to summarize either book or review in a few short sentences! I think that is probably beyond my editorial capacities)
Anyone got any thoughts on the review? One of my atheist mates who takes me out to lunch and abuses me for my beliefs read it, and sent me a nice e-mail (by which I mean, the abuse didn’t start until the second paragraph).
