Hi everyone,

Ray posted what follows in the Drought/Rain thread. I believe it deserves its own thread. Please uphold in prayer the girl, her family and friends before our merciful and comforting Heavenly Father.

Last Friday the sister of one of our Campus Bible Ministry (CB) girls was in a serious car accident. The result of that accident is that she is in hospital and remains in an unconscious state. Heidi (CBM’er) has asked for prayer for her sister and her family during these very difficult times. This is all the information I know at the moment so can we please remember Heidi and her familiy in prayer.

- Please pray for the speedy recovery of Heidi’s sister and that there would be no further complications or injury.
- Pray for God to give wisdom to the Doctors so that they may treat Heidi’s sister effectively.
- Pray that God would comfort Heidi and her family during this anxious time, and they may have his peace that transcends all understanding (phil 4:6-7)

We serve the living and almighty God and nothing is impossible with Him.

I don’t know anything yet. She didn’t go to my Campus.

Praise God, Heidi has informed me of improvement in her sister’s condition, which is wonderful given the enormity of the incident. However, having said this, her sister remains in a very critical state and we need to continue to uphold her and her family in prayer. Heidi has also mentioned that God has provided comfort to her and her family during this time - another answer to prayer - Praise God!! Thanks so much for remembering Heidi’s sister and her family in prayer, and may the improvement we are hearing of encourage us that God is answering our prayer and petition. I’ll keep updating you as news becomes available.
