Ok, I got your attention again, I take the risk of being banned and I just love this key. I cannot see any reason why not using it.

I’m looking for someone who previously has gone through this field. Have experience in this kind of struggling. S/He doesn’t have to be qualified counsellor.

If you know someone or any other good stuff which you think is helpful, please feel free to post it in here, PM me or send me a email to Free_ray_lau@hotmail.com.

Testing the patience of the moderators is probably not a wise course, Ray.

Please people don’t use hash keys for thread titles.

So you are the one. Now, I’m inspired by this, I can use this can I?? What I cannot use?

I don’t think there is a policy guideline, may be you should start working on it.

I am attempting to moderate these forums for the benefit of all.

If everyone starting using special tricks to ‘highlight’ their threads it would become pretty messy, hence my polite request.

Please be advised to respect my decision in this matter.

Furthermore as this thread breaches our privacy policy I have deleted all personal references to your friend.

Ray, I am a real live person and I won’t bite your head off. PM me if you need clarification on my decisions.

I am just suggesting you stick to normal English for the titles. Out of grace, I let this current one go for now.

[edit for clarity]

Now to clarify this thread.

A Christian brother known to Ray is struggling with addiction issues. Does anyone know of official or unofficial advise that this friend can tap into. It could be formal counselling or otherwise…

drug addiction

Wesley Mission has a Private Psychiatric Hospital, where there is a program for Drug addictions at Ashfield, and Kogarah (Wesley private Hospital 9716 1400), Wandene private Hospital at 9857 5077 (Kogarah)and also I think has a place where people can be rehabilitated from Drug Addiction. (www.wesleymission.org.au) I tried to find it on their web site, but couldn’t find it.  Otherwise try Odessy House (Salvation Army runs it I think).  Also, Lifeline Sydney (part of Wesley Mission) has face to face counselling which is inexpensive, if I remember rightly, if not free.

regards
Gill.
