I have been reading I Howard Marshall’s Beyond the Bible, which I find thought-provoking, but also disturbing. I’ve mislaid my copy of Dec 06 Reformed Theological Review in which I believe it is reviewed.

Would anyone have a copy which you could loan me, or scan the relevant review?
