I enjoy the great Danny Rurlander at Moorlands Evangelical http://moorlands.org.uk/resources/ or the podcast is http://www.moorlands.org.uk/resources/feed.xml or just search for it in iTunes

I would also second the Ravi Zacharias recommendation - The shorter one is just long enough to listen to while filling the dishwasher!

G’day David,

I was on the All Souls site this week. I believe I saw a sermon by your good self on there! :) [Sorry, didn’t listen to it though]

Good work Rodos! Nice to see you still being a generously useful geek.
You might want to add the sermons at www.allsouls.org

sorry, no idea if they have an xml/rss/atom feed.

Cheers,
Jason.

Yeah, there’s a couple of very old ones when I was doing lunchtime work. They were good (foolish?) enough to allow me to stretch my wings a little bit.

Just discovered another free audio download site, which includes talks that you have to pay for from some other sites.
Includes, Don Carson, Darrell Bock and Bruce Winter.

I have to give a big shout out about one of our preachers here in New York - Tim Keller, from the Redeemer Presbyterian Church, New York

You can down load sermons here:

If you click on Samples you can get the free ones, and you can also download individual sermons in the Sermon Store for US$2.50 each, or more for a whole series.

The catalogue of sermons is incredile.  They go back to 1989 and there are thousands.  Tim’s a brilliant preacher.  Justin Moffat (ex- Christ Church St Ives) put me on to his sermons when I moved to New York.  Certainly makes the best of the subway ride in the morning.

Our church has joined the podcasters, thanks to Mark Pulley, one of our congregation. You can suss us out at Itunes by searching under podcasts for [iBathurst Evangelical Church]

We have a series on Exodus and will shortly have our current series on the Thessalonian Epistles.

The speaker on all talks so far is Rodney Macready. I spoke on Hebrews twice recently, but wasn’t able to quickly set up the mike and Audacity link.

The talk on 1 Thessalonians 1 was terrific. One point that sticks in my mind is that the Thessalonian Christians understood the gospel to involve turning from idols to serve the living God, whereas some people today think it involves getting God to serve us, and to keep us comfortable with the idols to which we have become accustomed.
